Our dedicated Manager will discuss the requirements of each role with you including what qualifications and experience are required, what are the objectives of the role, how soon do you need someone in place, how many candidates do you want to shortlist, what would be a most suitable recruitment process including screening and interviewing, and which media or other marketing tools should be used to target suitable candidates.

It might appear daunting but our search undertake these assignments on a daily basis and our managers will work with you at every stage to ensure you make the right recruitment decision.

We won’t just rely on our own extensive database of candidates, we will utilise our contacts in specific college and campus to compile a qualified shortlist.

Upon commencement of each assignment, our manager will keep you up to date with regular progress reports, detailed candidate shortlists are presented in person to you and we will also manage the interview process with you if required.

When appointed by clients we can negotiate employment contracts on your behalf. We know the market, the expectations of the candidates and will work with you to compile a competitive package that is attractive to all parties.

We will actively market you to our extensive client database and other private and public sector organisations to match your courses with a suitable position.

When engaging with us, we will meet with you to determine your recruitment needs and aspirations.

We have a database of clients throughout the India and we can utilise this to target those with roles that will match your requirements. If there aren’t any suitable roles here we will use our extensive network of contacts.
